So far, the infamous Trump Baby balloon has remained pretty international, most notably recently making its second appearance in London, England, for the POTUS' visit at the beginning of this month.
Now, protesters are calling for the balloon to touch ground in America. Or rather, they're calling for it to soar over Trump's own head while he delivers his Fourth Of July address, Indy100 reported.
This hilarious 20-foot high blimp bears the president's same corn husk-yellow hair, brightly orange colored skin, and of course, his trademark snarl as his mouth hangs open mid-furious rant.
Perhaps most notable is this particular blimp's severe lack of clothing, with baby Trump donning only a single cloth diaper and his signature phone clutched in his chubby hand.
Unsurprisingly, the president didn't take too kindly to his no-so-flattering likeness, and he made his opinions on the blimp known.
"I used to love London as a city," he told The Sun at the time. "I haven’t been there in a long time. But when they make you feel unwelcome, why would I stay there?"
Despite his seeming reluctance to ever return to the city, Trump recently touched down again to spend three days in the country's capital. And of course, because no opportunity for political protest can go missed, organizers made sure the Trump Baby balloon soared nice and high for the POTUS to see.
According to Buzzfeed News, it flew up and over Trump's head while he entered Downing street, offering him the perfect view of Trump 2.0.
The so-called "Trump babysitters" who are left in charge of controlling the blimp, were ordered by police to only fly it for a few hours, and during that time one of its body parts must remain on the ground.
The "babysitters" complied, making for a smooth, efficient, and 100 percent legal political protest, just in time for Trump to see.
Trump is expected to make a Fourth of July address at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C. So, protesters argue, what better time to demonstrate their disapproval toward the president than to ensure he has to once again stare at his orange pudgy-faced balloon as it bobs along the skyline?
"On July 4, CODEPINK will parade the Baby Trump blimp in DC as an all out call to reject trump," the group said in a statement. "When Trump speaks at the Lincoln Memorial, let's show him what a big baby he is!"
But CODEPINK announced that their plans have since changed.
"We've just switched our plans from the military parade to the Fourth of July," the group's co-director, Ariel Gold, told The Washington Post. "We're appalled that Trump is taking that day to spew his hateful and racist rhetoric...and we really hope this gets canceled, too."
According to the group's co-founder, Medea Benjamin, the blimp will be protesting much more than just the man himself, but also include his more high-profile and controversial policies.
"We will bring together people opposed to the pain and suffering caused by this administration, from family separation at the border to supplying weapons used by Saudi Arabia to kill Yemeni children."
First the group will need to obtain a permit from the National Park Service, which they've already submitted a request for. They anticipate about 40 people to attend their protest at "any open grassy area nearest to [the] Lincoln Memorial."
