Ladies, listen up:
Jennifer Garner is here to remind you that it's Breast Cancer Awareness Month!
The actress did so by documenting her annual mammogram in the most hilarious and lighthearted way possible!
This may come as a surprise, but the actress is so low-key hilarious AF.
It's her playing the Speak Out game on The Ellen Show.
Naturally, it led to some hilarious results.
Back in March, she relived her high school marching band days by throwing on her old uniform and delivering a slightly out-of-tune rendition of one of their old songs.
If your friends don't do the same for your birthday, sorry to break it to ya, but they're not real friends.
The goal was to find her reading glasses. But first, she had to dig through all of the random stuff in her bag.
This included a fake credit card, tons of pens, and even a mini beaker!
She has four kids, Seraphina, 10, Samuel, 7, and Violet, 13, all of whom she had with ex-husband Ben Affleck.
Ben even wished Jen a Happy Mother's Day on Instagram, along with well-wishes to his mom.
Recently, she took fans along for the ride by documenting her annual mammogram checkup at the doctors.
And, given that it's Jennifer, you already know that the video led to some hilarious results!
On her Instagram caption, she explained that she has a standing "date" every October to get a mammogram.
"To everyone in the thick of the battle—respect and love and strength to you. #nationalbreastcancerawarenessmonth #octoberisforpink #🙏🏻idonttakemycleartestforgranted #thankyoudrgoldberg"
This included doodling on anatomical diagrams and even making a balloon out of a latex glove!
She was so happy, she even gave the most adorable happy dance!
Equally thrilled were the people on her Instagram who left a ton of sweet comments!
Designer Rachel Zoe wrote: "I do the same twice a year @jennifer.garner and i love you even more for this post on behalf of myself my sister and my mom #earlydetection"
So ladies, do Jen proud and get checked out if it's that time!
