Sorry Everyone, Elsa Won't Be Getting A Female Love Interest In 'Frozen 2'

And fans could not be more excited.

Since the first one came out it has become and instant classic and everyone knows sequels are usually just as good as the original.

Of course, we need another song as powerful and explosive as "Let It Go".

We need more adorable Anna moments and more empowering Elsa moments. We need some wacky Olaf and Kristoff.

But not just any relationship, a gay relationship.

Disney has always had a strange relationship with homosexuality. Sure, the gave LeFou a two-second scene with a dude in the Beauty and The Beast remake, but we wanted something more.

We were hoping that finally, one of the biggest stars would come out as lesbian...

We know because songwriter Kiristen Anderson-Lopez confirmed it:

“Like the first movie, Elsa is not just defined by a romantic interest,” she said. “There’s so many movies that define a woman by her romantic interest. That’s not a story that we wanted to tell at this point in time."
