18+ People Who Had No Idea What Was About To Happen

Life is full of surprises, especially if you're the kind of person who chainsaws down the tree that you're sitting in — yep, that's a real thing that people have done.

So, with this idea in mind, please enjoy these 16+ people who had no idea what was about to happen!

"I started dating a girl with a dog. I have a cat. We decided it was time to introduce them. This is me just before being caught in violent crossfire."

They're really giving each other a death stare right there. I wonder who won? I mean, the dog is fronting harder but that cat is by no means small!

"Before vet, and after the good meds."

Yep, there is no denying it, that dog is high as hell. This dog looks a lot more relaxed about having been to the vets than other dogs!

"My dad about to get his shirt drunk..."

Ah, now that is a modern tragedy. The Notebook can't bring a tear to my eye, but seeing someone spill a fresh pint, that's a different story.

"Wham! Nuns have snowball fights, too."

If you were a nun, I can imagine that the last thing you would expect to have happen to you when you left the convent for the day would be to get pelted in the head with a snowball launched at you by another nun. Although, I don't know what nuns get up to in their spare time!

"A picture of my friend's little cousin before and after his first day of kindergarten... Broken."

And things will only get worse from here kid! That dead-eyed stare he's sporting is unbearably relatable.

"Mid-fall..."

I cannot get over that pink unicorn helmet. I absolutely need one of those and I need it right now.

"My son can sum up our family's athletic ability in one photo."

That kid is about to experience one of the worst pains that a man can experience. May God have mercy on his soul.

"Co-worker went on vacation, so we 'upgraded' his hardware."

I would actually love this. Although, it would take absolutely ages to get it to run Zoom effectively you would imagine.

"Note to self, check the dimensions of EVERYTHING before ordering on Amazon..."

I love how the cat is looking at that little toy as though it is thinking, "I am owned by complete idiots..."

"Last day at my current job before I start a new one later this week. At least they told me how they really feel..."

I like that they have also scrawled this message on as though it were written by a psychopath in their own blood...their own delicious sugary blood.

"My cat has a puppy in her fur pattern."

What that cat's owners don't know is that living in the drawing of a dog in their fur is a small rabbit which is pulling the strings.

"My cat's face before and after my wife told her that the high chair is not for her."

Judging from that face on the right, I'd just get another new high chair for the kid and let the cat have this one!

"The moment before I was hit with my son's new drone."

Sure, his face looks like he isn't intentionally doing it, but his thumb pressing that button down eagerly tells a different story!

"He never saw it coming."

Nothing better than really nailing someone you know with a snowball when they're least expecting it. I mean, even nuns enjoy doing that, which is something that I'm still not over!

"This image was taken moments before I heard my wife's screams coming from the bedroom."

My cat is equally terrible at noticing when spiders are encroaching on its personal space. They're meant to be hunters for God's sake!

"That must have been an unpleasant surprise..."

"Mmmm, that energy shot was...interesting."

"Jesus, Dave, that's not a drink."

"Ah, then that explains why I think I've gone blind."

"A lizard fell from the ceiling and left this dusty imprint on my wireless charger."

That is such a perfect imprint, it is unbelievable! I guess that it does look kind of like a target, so maybe the lizard saw it as a challenge?

"In about 2 seconds he is about to see how fast he can turn off that chainsaw."

The carefree abandon with which he is cutting that tree with that chainsaw is quite admirable. But, by Christ, he's about to be in for a shock.

"Found discarded on the side of a building today. Felt bad seeing it."

In an equally crushing story, one person added, "One time, we were getting ready to have a family birthday party at a park. While we were setting up, some random guy came up with a vase of flowers and asked if we wanted to have them for the table. He had a blind date that never showed up, and he didn't want the flowers to go to waste. It's been 4 years, and I STILL feel bad for him..."

"This looks like an incredibly easy way to get hurt!"

What could possibly have gone through this guy's head to think that this was the best way to walk his dogs? Also, it looks like he's already going down!
