Every mom knows that pregnancy brings about some unwanted symptoms. For some moms, hot flashes, cravings, pains, and aches are normal. But for other moms, there are some pretty inconvenient — like, having super swollen feet.
The actress posted a photo on her Instagram account of her baby bump saying: "Does this mean I’m allowed to drive in the car pool lane at all times now?"
After posting the original photo, Shay began posting more photos of her baby body, celebrating her pregnancy and how happy she is.
Regardless of who she's with, Shay has no problem wearing a bikini and loving her baby bump in all of its glory.
In a post from her vacation, she wrote: "Looking back at this recent vacay photo after a 14 hr day while my feet soak in an ice bath... "
She said in her Instagram story: "Either Alana tied up my shoes too tight or I've become a member of the swollen foot crew. Oh my gosh."
Jessica also shared pictures of her swollen feet on Instagram.
It's a very common, and uncomfortable side-effect of pregnancy.
Thankfully, the swelling goes down shortly after the baby is born.
Foot soaks and elevating your feet are a good start.
The blood is helping expand your body and make room for the new baby living in your belly.
Whether you're a famous actress or not, your body will work in a similar fashion when carrying a child.
