Pillsbury's New Crescents Are Stuffed With Pie Filling For A Perfectly Tiny Treat

I don't know about you, but I was raised on Pillsbury Crescents. Throughout my childhood these flaky treats were a staple at almost every meal, appearing in a wicker basket next to just about every food because let's face it, there's no wrong dish to have with a delicious dinner roll.

I've only ever experienced these crescents as a savory side, though. Sometimes stuffed with cheese, sometimes stuffed with hot dogs, and sometimes left perfectly plain to be used to mop up sauce leftover on any plate.

Now, Pillsbury has introduced a brand new type of crescent roll to help you overload on carbs in the best way possible.

New Pillsbury's Filled Crescents are stuffed with all the delicious pie filling you could possibly want and then drizzled with icing, making these the perfect little pie pockets your dinner parties have probably always been missing.

Each flavor of crescent-pie comes as a kit so you can to assemble it yourself!

It'll take a few minutes to put these guys together so you can feel like a real baker as you prepare your fruity, flaky treats! The kits come with the crescent dough, pie filling, and icing.

It's up to you to decide which pie fillings you want to stuff your crescents with.

There are currently two options available: cherry and apple. So you'll have to pick your pack depending on what you think best suits the mood of your guests. Is it a sweet, summery cherry kind of party? Or is it more of a homey, comforting apple type of deal?

When in doubt, just buy both and give everyone that option to decide for themselves!

Each pack comes with eight crescents for $2.99.

While these would definitely be the perfect dessert to unroll at a dinner party, you can also quite literally have them whenever you want. Maybe the girls are coming over for a movie night, so you pop these into the oven to make for a tasty snack! Maybe you're having a quiet night in on your own and your sweet tooth starts aching.

Just remember, there's no shame in eating all eight crescents, guys. We've all been there, right? No? Just me? Okay.

Right now, these beautiful crescents are only available at select retailers.

However, they're expected to be unrolled nationally by the end of July, so don't panic if you don't see them in the refrigeration section of your local grocery store right away. Good things take time, and as long as you're patient, you'll be able to enjoy your stuffed crescents real soon.
