New Sour Patch Kids Fla-Vor-Ice Pops Have A Sweet Side And A Sour Side

Sour Patch Kids are no stranger to the summer frozen treats game.

Last year the company unrolled its own brand of ice cream which was a bit of a hit-or-miss among consumers, depending on whether or not you like your ice cream decked out with sweet and sour gummy candies.

They also just recently introduced tropical flavors to their ice pops collection, delivering on their usual sweet/sour flavor combo with a tropical flair.

Now Sour Patch Kids are back with another brand new treat for the frozen food aisle.

According to Delish, the company has teamed up with Fla-Vor-Ice to bring you your new favorite way to cool off this summer: Fla-Vor-Ice Sour Patch Kids Freezer Bars.

These sweet treats offer you the best of both worlds: sweet and sour.

Each frozen bar has a sweet side and a lip-puckering sour side. It's just up to you to investigate for yourself and find out which is which.

Maybe eat a couple more just to be sure you've really cracked that sweet/sour code.

The bars come in two flavors: Redberry and Blue Raspberry.

Perhaps soon the company will branch out and add more flavors to the collection, but right now I couldn't be happier with their starter choices because everyone knows blue and red are the best flavors.

And yes, colors are flavors. Everyone knows that, too.

You can pick up a box of 12 of these deliciously sweet and sour bars for about $3.50.

I'd suggest you hit up your local Wal-Mart, ShopRite, CVS, and Wegmans locations to stock up your freezer right now because once people find out you've got these, you're going to run out fast.

Or, if you're like me, you'll go through an entire box in a day and no one likes making another trip to the grocery store when they're covered in sticky ice pop juice.

If you're not sure whether the ice pops are worth tossing in your grocery cart, just know they're literally award-winning.

They just won for Most Innovative New Product in the novelty category at the 2019 Sweets & Snacks Expo in Chicago.

So it's safe to say you won't be disappointed.
