Reports Says Trump 'Furiously' Watching Dr. Fauci Brag About Work Under Biden

Since inauguration day, there have been many shifts in both policy and opinion surrounding the continued handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.

From his new home in Florida, Trump has been watching as Dr. Fauci speaks on the past and current administration and how it's been tackling the virus.

Since moving to his new home in Mar-A-Lago, former President Donald Trump has been keeping himself busy.

According to sources from The Daily Beast, Trump has been furiously watching Dr. Anthony Fauci's recent media tour, including all of his TV interviews.

Trump and Fauci have a history of butting heads.

Throughout the duration of the pandemic, Dr. Fauci has openly contradicted Trump's own statements about COVID-19, aiming to correct misinformation.

They also held opposite beliefs as to how it should be handled. While Trump pushed to reopen schools and businesses sooner, Dr. Fauci always advocated for more restrictions.

Now that he's working under a new presidency, he's become a lot more open about his opinions of Trump.

Since President Joe Biden was inaugurated, Dr. Fauci has been happy to speak his mind regarding Trump's handling of COVID-19

Last Friday, he told CNN that he believes Trump's misinformation 'very likely' cost American lives.

Much like Fauci has his thoughts about Trump, Trump reportedly has many thoughts about Fauci.

According to two sources, Trump has been calling Fauci 'incompetent', wishing he had fired him when he was still in office.

He is also reportedly angry that he cannot post his thoughts on the matter to Twitter, as his account is permanently suspended.

Since Biden's inauguration, the approach to COVID has changed drastically.

President Biden is aiming for more federal intervention as opposed to leaving regulations up to each state, having already implemented a mandatory mask mandate on mass transportation and an increase in vaccine distribution.

In a White House press briefing, Dr. Fauci said that working under a new administration was "a somewhat liberating feeling."
