There Were Three Curvy Models In The Versace Fashion Show And It's A Major Win

There's been a focus on inclusivity in various industries for some time now, but the fashion world has seemingly been pretty slow on the uptick with this movement. That's why it was so refreshing to see three curve models on the Versace catwalk recently, and goodness, did they ever elevate the show.

We must say, we think that's just fabulous.

It's about time.

Alva Claire, Precious Lee, and Jill Kortleve were the models that were featured in the Spring/Summer 2021 Versace show. It was a fashion forward day in Milan, indeed!

Versace decided to dive into an inclusive fashion statement.

The collection's theme was 'Under The Sea,' and each outfit was deigned for the theme, and specially made for each model.

These models know how to work it.

Alva walked in a lengthy yellow sundress covered in multi-color starfish, while Precious worked it in a vivid neon green and blue dress, and Jill sported a colorful, long-sleeved crop top paired with a sexy black skirt.

Humans are not one size fits all.

In an Instagram post, Alva said she was "emotional" over having the chance to participate in the Versace show.

"We made history with this and I will never forget how I feel right now," part of her message read. "This moment is for all of us!!!"

We couldn't have said it better ourselves.
