"Love my boys so much!" she captioned the sweet post, along with a heart.
The model gave birth to Isaac back in January 18. He's the first child for the married couple.
Back when the coronavirus pandemic first began, the model used her platform to share this heartwarming picture.
She also shared a message of positivity and perspective during a time where things were so uncertain.

She explained all the hilarious details of this in a selfie-style video shared on Instagram on Thursday, beginning with a shout-out to her mom while she hid her mouth.
"... and having your daughter break her tooth on them," Graham said, before she moved her hand to show the damage that the cookies had done.
Since the model likely has veneers, only the shaved down tooth remained underneath. This is where the veneer would have popped off.
